I am so sorry for all the people who went or will go to this hotel.
Last year I was supposed to have a nice holiday at the seaside. Instead I was seak every day beacause of the food. We had the same food every day...The rooms were not at all clean. The so called beach of the hotel is about 2-3 km from it. It was a car who came every day to pick us...it always came with delay!! The beach is not extraordinary! Not even close! It was absolutelly an awful experience that I try hard to forget. By the way...no one spoke english or other lanuage in the hotel. There were many problems...we had no hot water!!!! They weren't even able to explain why :D!
We wanted a double room with a balcony...we made our reservations..when we got there all we got was a small room where we were forced to stay for 3 nights, although it was not the thing we paid for!!! Such a bad organisation!

We had no place to go...this Lara region offers you nothing...there is nothing to see!
...when we got back home we tried to get our money back...thanks God we could! Lara will never be an option again for our holiday!!!!
