この度はマイステイズ新浦安をご利用頂き誠にありがとうございました。
当館外廊下の造りの為、お客様に少々お寒い思いをおかけ致しましたが、
アクセス・料金面ではご満足頂けたようで嬉しく思います。
宿泊料は予約状況により異なりますが、多くのお客様にご満足頂けるよう様々なプランご用意しておりますので、機会がございましたらまた是非当館をご利用下さいませ。
ご投稿頂きありがとうございました。

この度は､数ある施設の中よりマイステイズ新浦安をご利用いただきまして誠に有難うございます｡
お客様の文面より当館で快適に過ごされた様子が伺えてとても嬉しく思っております｡
当館は､全室に加湿機能付空気清浄機をご用意しております｡
また､朝食バイキングは季節に合わせたメニューをご用意しております｡
そして､日々お客様に満足していただけるような料金を提供するよう努力しております｡
また､ディズニーリゾート方面へお越しの際は､当館をご利用下さいませ｡
お客様のまたのお越しをお待ちしております｡
お客様の文面より当館で快適に過ごされた様子が伺えてとても嬉しく思っております｡

この度は当館へのご利用、並びにご投稿頂き誠にありがとうございます。
お客様にはレストランでの朝食バイキングはご満足いただけましたようで嬉しく思いますが、
お部屋のドアの不具合がございまして大変失礼致しました。
客室の点検の強化を図り、今後このようなことが無い様努めて参ります。
今後浦安市近辺に御用の際に、当館への宿泊をご検討頂けましたら幸いでございます。

イベントで楽しい時間を過ごし、お疲れのお客様に満足いただけたようで大変嬉しく思います。
客室の雰囲気や館内の設備も気に入って頂けた様で何よりでございます。
書込みいただきました客室のテレビですが、地上デジタル放送は無料で視聴可能でございます。
電源を入れると、まずルームシアター(有料)の画面が表示されるようになっており、
その画面からデジタル放送へリモコンで切り替えて頂ければ視聴できるようになっております。
お客様には案内が至らず、失礼致しました。
また、インターネット上の当館の道案内へのご意見頂きましたので、今後の改善案の参考とさせていただきます。
