“Very nice hotel close to Disney and City centre”

This is a very nice hotel.
Very clean and well placed for Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea.
Staff are excellent and are very helpful.
Standard room is very good with large King size bed, bath and shower, large LCD TV, safe and small fridge to keep your own items.
There is a small convenience store in the hotel which has groceries, yoghurt, ice cream, beer and soft drinks at reasonable prices.
Internet is available at 1500 Yen per 24 hours.
Starbucks is no longer at the hotel.
Enjoyed the Forest Garden Restaurant self service buffet at 4900 Yen per adult. Food is excellent with great choices of curries, tacos, Sushi, etc. and the desserts were really nice with so much to try. Certainly we felt this was worth the money. Drinks are not included and are rather expensive.

Room Tip: Celebrio rooms include internet and drinks

“Great location, not so great price”

There really isn't anything wrong with this hotel, except for the price. Granted it's right in the heart of the Tokyo Disney Resort, but the price is rather steep for what it is. My biggest complaint is with their computers. I paid to connect and in English, but I couldn't type anything without Japanese coming across. Other than that, nothing really memorable about this hotel. If you can get a deal, by all means stay there.

“Fantastic!”

We had booked a Happy Magic Room for my son.
This room has hidden gadgets, such as the Magic Mirror and the Secret Key.
So fantastic!

“A Disneyland Hotel”

We were there with family of 4 (2 kids age of 6 and 2). As we planned to visit both Disneyland and DisneySea for one day each. We've then booked the Hilton Tokyo Bay hotel as it is one of the nearest hotel by the Disneyland. We first went there simply for a 'hotel'.

But, when we first reached there on the first there, we were stunt with the first experience we've had with this hotel. The whole lobby is full of amenities, with Santa Clauses puppet from all over the world, train models, shops, playground for kids with safety guard etc... and the reception is hidden at the one of the left corner. Not to missed out, we've the feeling that we're already in the Disneyland! Our fun started here.The hotel staffs are very friendly and good in service.

When we got our key to our room, the moment we unlocked the door, the first view is the Ocean (yes, we booked for an ocean view room)... it is awesome!!! The room is big enough with nice couch to pampered the kids.

The breakfast is very attractive in the cafe and if anyone who is a big eater would definitely enjoy this one... eat all you can!

The hotel also got a 24 hours mini-mart and shops, Starbuck, and internet desks. Not forgotten, the DisneyShop is here too...those who has missed out any purchase from the Disneyland could 'replenish' your shopping bag here!

Room Tip: go for an ocean view and u won't regret your trip!!! A bit pricey though...

“Wonderful location with great staff”

I stayed here with family. We had booked a room for six of us, and when we arrived they provided us with an upgrade free of charge. The hotel is a short walk from one of the Disney stations, and if you're feeling really lazy you can get a Mickey Bus to it which takes about 15 seconds. Staff are very friendly, with a mix of Japanese and western people but most speak at least a little English. The restaurant inside is expensive, although serves a big buffet of a wide variety of foods. The hotel itself was comfy an spacious, although looked incredibly boring on the inside. The price was a little too much for what we expected which brings my rating down to four stars. If you have the money to spend, I would recommend perhaps another Disney hotel such as the MiraCosta (a bit more expensive, but inside the Disney Sea Park or the Sheraton hotel (less expensive, but stayed there a few times and always had a good experience).
