Have stayed in your hotel for a few times and had a pleasant stay, but sad to say, your service quality have gone all the way down the drain during my recent trip to JB early February.First, i have been issued a defective keycard which makes it impossible to enter my room( this obviously annoys me very much).I have to go up and down from my room to the front desk a few times to get them to reset back the card.On my second night there, I faced the same problem and went to the Front desk to get help.
One of your staff by the name of Hakeem was very impatient with me, unlike the friendly services i have enjoyed previously with your other staff.he even raised his voice and argued with me when i complained that he is taking a long time to assist me.I still remember his remark.."Don't you see that our system is not working right now, I cannot do anything, you need to wait awhile.WTF?
How exactly do you train your Front Desk people as they are your guest's first point of contact?
I've been staying at your hotel a few times already but I've never encountered a staff as rude as him. Seriously considering to switch to another hotel when i'm in JB next time..
