Booked this hotel to visit Johor Premium Outlet. New hotel aged less than a year.
Booking was done directly with hotel reservation office. Paid MYR117 for king sized bedroom with breakfast for two.
This hotel is a shoplots converted into hotels in the middle of housing area. Access was easy via PLUS highway, 5 minute from Kulaijaya exit.
Pros
- Cheap for king sized bed.Value for money
- Parking with security around, good for a shoplot/hotel setup.
- Check in was quick.
- My room was clean.
Cons
- Cafe closed at 9pm. Supper/late dinner you'll have to drive out around 15-20minutes away.
- Small aircond (1hp) for a room. Either it is not working perfectly or it is too small for the room
- Each room have a window that can be opened for guest to smoke. A lot of cigarette butts thrown and not cleaned.
- Breakfast is limited to american or malaysian. American set was too little for a person's breakfast but OK.
- Hotel is by roadside, so a bit noisy when they are loud cars/bike passing by.
