Had checked inn in this hotel through a travel agent, but the hotel was worth every penny we had spend in this hotel, the hotel has spacious rooms, with huge kingsize bed and a lavish bathroom with a superbsize bathtub. The staff is quite friendly and guided us well with the surrounding areas. It has a open restaurant outside the hotel, but the best of all was the spa in this hotel, please dont miss it... The pool is extremely large and every scenery in and around the hotel is worth praising, this hotel is close to the market area and shopping arcade. Loved this place completely.

I stayed with my family in a superior hill view room. I found nothing great about the room. The rooms are economical but not very clean. I was happy the bed sheets were neat. The hotel provided us with a free breakfast coupon when it was not included.

You can shop for chocolates and alcohol in the near by supermarkets. You will not get cheaper chocolates or alcohol anywhere else in Malaysia.

Good city hotel, now under renovation. Very comfortable location, but better to rent a car for your stay. Very good for families with children - very good kids playground is just across the road in a beautiful park. 30 min by car to Cenang beach.
We've stayed at a room with 2 balconies, where the bathroom was already new, but room is still old. The only thing that annoyed is cleaning. Chambermaids just can not make cleaning, even with tips, so everything is dirty to my opinion.
Breakfast included: very good buffet (drinks like everywhere, but food is nice and very international).
Staff: very helpful and friendly.
Our stay there was good.

It is not a 4 stars hotel. Only close to the Jetty point and night market. It has mold in the bathroom sink.
