There doesn't seem to be any concept of customer service. It coul partly be because we visited over CNY. The guy at the check in counter seemed like he was so unhappy to do the paperwork for another room. There is no heater in the room. No hot water in bathroom. Very large room, but without proper amenities.Breakfast buffet had many items but many of them were not getting refilled even after asking a couple of times. We had dinner at Jim thorpe restaurant once. We asked for 2 small water bottles which were charged 14 rm , but served with no glasses. When asked for glasses, we were given 2 for a table of 4. When again asked for more glAsses, the waitress made a face as if it's not her job and we are asking for a favor. Green curry we ordered was quite bAd.
When we asked front desk about some places nearby, they directed us to tour desk, who would not give any info unless we take one of the overpriced tours
