The woman at the front desk at the embassy suites was so great to me. Her name was Erica and she was from Jamaica. I had an important business meeting this morning and only 15 minutes before my ride was coming to get me when i notices the hem of my skirt had come undone. I asked if they had a sewing kit and before I knew it I had changed really fast and Erica was sewing my skirt!! I am so thankful she helped me and hope this message finds the right person so she gets the credit she deserves. I would recommend this hotel
