Excellent location with few step walk to the 1Borneo heaven shopping malls. We enjoy staying in the Tune hotel's and always be the number one choice. Feel save and comfortable. The online booking is very convenient and confirmed.

the bed was extremely cosy

as my room was located on 3rd floor and at a far end of the corridor, it was a rather quiet stay

but no windows so people who are claustrophobic might wanna request for a room with one

my room was not as spacious as i expected it to be, but it was fine with me as i don't spend much time in there

the bathroom was not really up to par. shower area was too small, basin was a little dirty, and some cracks on the tiles.

but overall, i'd say the price is worth it

Clean and worth paying hotel...I stay here as I understood my need....i.e you pay what you use...like aircon..wifi..towel etc but it's fair because of the price you are paying is for basic hotel...but they offer 5 star bed at 1 star price...all I need is after tired of shopping or sight seeing...is a clean & good sleep without ripping my pocket and charging what I did not utilise.

Good budget hotel, small but simple and clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Too far away from downtown and airport, but there is a FREE shuttle bus to downtown at the back of 1Borneo shopping mall. Connected hudge shopping mall 1Borneo where you can get most of the stuffs you want.
