I have no complaints on the hotel itself, the room is big, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was really spacious, with bath tub and rain shower. I think the bathroom size was about half of the room. Breakfast spread was good, however, it gets a bit boring after 3 nights stay in the hotel. The hotel staff service was superb and special thanks to Foster at the concierge, who gave a lot of good advise and extremely helpful.

There were also free shuttle service to and fro the airport almost every hourly and once a day to The Spring mall, which is a plus point!

The only complain I have is the location. It's near the airport so it's good if you want to stay near the airport. The commercial shops opposite the hotel has not much to offer, I couldn't find a proper meal for lunch there.

I stayed overnight in Four Points Hotel Kuching and it is obviously not long enough. The lobby is spacious and the counter staff are friendly enough. The room is very spacious, with all the necessary amenities, such as iron and iron board, which is very suitable for those who are on business trip. i have to mention about the washroom, it has one of the biggest washroom among the hotels that i have stayed in before. It has got a big bathtub and shower space, but too bad i cant really have the leisure to use them as i reached the hotel by around midnight and need to depart early in the morning. The bed is so soft and cozy, i do not even want to wake up the next morning. Tv channels are adequate for me. The breakfast has a lot of variety, too bad i do not have enough space in my stomach to try them all. The hotel also offer free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, as well as between The Spring shpping mall and the hotel, which is another plus point for it. Nearby the hotel there are a lot of tasty local hawker centre and eateries, so do not worry about food. In conclusion, if price is not an issue, this is definitely a hotel of choice.

The Sheraton Four Points in Kuching, Malaysia is a pretend Sheraton. I have stayed at many many Sheraton's around the world and this is by far the worse name brand hotel that I have ever stayed at. I was so upset that I took pictures of mold and mildew on the floors and walls. The room cleaners do not, apparently ever, mop and clean the floors. The rooms and halls have a nasty smell of urine to them. When I spoke to the room cleaner she pretended not to understand English so I spoke in Malay. Again she did not seem to have an idea of what I said about cleaning. Trying to make contact with a manager was impossible. Was always not available.
I would suggest one of the older hotels downtown on the riverfront. Older, but clean.
