- Just beside Hilton Hotel Kuching, walking distance to Sarawak Plaza, Tun Jugah Shopping Mall, Padungan Area, Waterfront, Tua Pek Kong Temple, etc......

Hotel:
Room: The room is clean, nice, comfortable...
Amenities: WIFI, TV is available, but you have to pay for it.
Service: Reception service and room service is acceptable.
Breakfast: No breakfast is provided but you can pay for it.
Tour: There is a day tour counter inside the hotel which you can book and arrange the Kuching day tour and airport transfer there.

Conclusion: I will stay this hotel again and again.

i was there september 2011.. the location is good.. the front desk is helpfull.. but the room is too dirty... the 1st room was smelly..(smoking) then we manage to change to other room... unfortunately the toilet is very dirty... i don't think they wash the toilet... i wont stay at this hotel anymore because i hate dirty toilet!

The location is just superb, just opposite Hlton Hotel and down the road is the start of the Waterfornt. At the back is Dawn cafe where alot of cheap local food is served. Near the major shopping centers and the "Cat Stature" . At night there is sea-food haven located on top of a carpark called "Top Spot". try the sunset cruise at the waterfront from 5.30pm(only once a day). most of the museums and tourist interest spots are accessible on foot. As this is a budget hotel expect to pay for aircon, the rooms are compact but the bed and toilets are clean. there is free internet access at the lobby, which also has a tour agency(usefull to book tours outside the city area) and cafeteria.

Actual we book for 2 nights, but due to the room is dirty & everything has to pay, we move out to other hotel. I can say, the person incharge should go round & have a look the condintion of the room/corridor. It getting run down. Not well maintance. In fact the room is easy to clean & maintance. Hotel provide transport from airport to hotel,but run by 3rd party (agent), you have to pay for 2 pax,if you alone. Funny..T&C.
