Great room for non fussy people.. Comfortable bed.. Its great, where i found out the hotel have its own laundry room and it is FOC !! I clean and dry my cloths aft visit the Org Utan Park.. For sure, i will come again.

For about MYR$100 a night, the hotel was relatively low priced compared to the comparable offerings in Kuching. At the time we stayed at the hotel, it was about a year old. Front desk staff were helpful and responsive. The location is right at the foot of the hill whereupon the Pullman hotel and the Hills mall sits. It's a ten minute walk to the Kuching waterfront.

Free laundry service at the laundry room, with clean, serviceable washers and dryers was a pleasant bonus.

Our only complaint is the lack of conscientious cleaners. The sand that was on the floor of our room was not swept up over the 4 days we stayed at the hotel. Our bedsheets had some residual stains from the washer as well.

The walls of the rooms were a bit thin, and people staying in the rooms around the stairwell complained about the echoes from footsteps all night long.

The location is good.
We can easily find local foods just by walking around the shophouses.
We took family room. Was so cozy and the price is reasonable.
I love this place so much!

360 Xpress City Centre Hotel is a budget which I stay in during my outstation period at Kuching. The room provide a plasma tv, kettle, a mini bar fridge, and bottled water. The room looks very cozy.
