Room size quite big, clean on the whole, no fridge but coffee making facilities provided, comfortable beds the downside is there is no lifts so u request for lower floor if u have huge bags or difficulty climbing upstairs. Breakfast included is buffet not bad at all, the lobby waiting area is very comfortable actually you can walk to the bus terminal around 10 minutes or less provided you dont have bags to pull I call a taxi and it cost $10. There is a surcharge for weekends that is if you check in on Fri n Sat, normal charge from Sun to Thurs.
Food is not a problem since it is located at Chinatown, there's plenty of chinese food for breakfast or lunch, now you can also walk to the front where you can find fast food like KFC, Macdonald is at the bus terminal, pizzahut and Kuala Trengganu has plenty of Malay and Indian food too. Would I stay here again? Yes, my choice again for my next trip
