This place has a great location near the jpetty and a short walk to the market butI am my family will never stay here again because it was so dirty. Bathroom was terrible and room itself was very dusty. Avoid!

it's a nice hotel to stay with friendly staff. it's situated in the middle of the kuala terengganu town and all the interesting places to visit is just nearby the hotel.
superior RM 130 (+15%) - deluxe RM150 (+15%);
The breakfast buffet is included ( local dishes - fruits-toast- tea-coffee ) and OK.
The room was OK but the general maintenance could be better (e.g. windows, shower not really clean ).
Unacceptable for the price : no cable TV !!
Otherwise, well situated near the bus station and walking distance to the main s spots;
This is a basic accommodation that we used for one night before getting the boat across to Pulau Kapas. It is a little run down but reasonable for the price - MYR100. A/C, electric shower, t.v. Quite large rooms with blackout curtains.
It is about a ten minute walk from Chinatown. An internet cafe is over the road.
Our room price came with breakfast but as we stayed during Ramadan, it was fairly basic - Chinese fried rice (fish balls) and omelette- and wasn't particularly good.
We went there and watched the room before we checked in. But the air con is not working very good and I got itchy (one spot only, on the leg, to be clear) very soon, we asked for refund. They handled it immediately. I even needed the staff helping me to call a taxi to another hotel (the only effective option in town). But the hotel is busy. Most guests look like travelling on business there.
