Please to express my frustrations on accident that happen during my stay in BBB resort on 25th March this year.

I'm actually from Kelantan on 24hb night and reach at the resort around 1am on 25hb and had talk to your receptionist on duty to rent 2 night. I had ask to have late check 2pm and reply from receptionist for me is very rude. I had rented another hotel(Sumai hotel) that night.
On the 25hb, I checkout from that hotel and check in at your hotel. I already raise my complaint to duty manager in charge on what had happen that night. She promise to investigate on what had happen.
Accident happen which is my car had been purposely scratch both side in early 26hb morning. Only my car. The car both beside mine is not event touch. Once again I inform your duty manager, which is she said already talk to the receptionist.
I park my car next to security and the only the hotel know about my information. Only its happen after my complaint. I suspected your receptionist is not happy with my complaint.
I had been your regular customer for few time and this will be last time I will stay there. I will leave my best comment in every website that involve of BBBR.

There are few hotels in Terengganu which are right on the beach.The Primula is a pricey option.This one is a lot easy on your wallet.
That apart, the facilities are really basic.There is a swimming pool but it is so small that you really can't swim in it.But it does help in washing away the salt after your foray to the sea.
The rooms are small and basic, but quite clean.The bathroom is no frills but everything worked.Hot water was a bit of a problem though.
There is an onsite restaurant with an airconditioned section as well as an open setting with sea view.The breakfast is typically Malay,Nasi Lemak being the star of the show.On complaining about lack of vegetarian options they were nice enough to whip up a vegetarian soup anf fried rice.Surprisingly, eggs to order was absent on the menu.
Tried the fish and chips and it was not quite upto the mark.But there are plenty of eating options just outside the resort.Restoran "Nil", located adjacent to the resort has great seafood.
The interconnecting rooms are a good feature for families travelling with small children.

Expecting a nice upgraded rooms (as told by hotel during booking) was a mistake. They tried actually, so far they have changed the air-conditioner and painted the room. Bed, cupboard and more importantly the bathroom stayed old and some are not functioning. To make the matter worse, it rained all nite long making the view of the beach impossible.

The entrance of the hotel is not clearly visible from the main road as there are lots of stalls in front of it. Registration is quite smooth actually, probably because I was the only one there since we checked in late. We took two connecting deluxe rooms for RM120 each. Which is common for three stars hotel. But upon looking at the condition of the room, small bed, old cupboard, small size, not working hot water in my room (luckily my children's room works) we really feel the price is too much. It could be due to the seaside location that people bear with the condition of the hotel.

They have small TV with several cable channel amazingly, tea making facility, ironing can be done at the iron room under a staircase. The aircond work perfectly of course as it is new. Also there is a small kiddy pool.

Food was simple, one main dish, white bread with choice of margerine or strawberry jam. A muffin, and tea or coffee. Better than Ming Star, but certainly did not reflect the price. In this part of Malaysia, food is suppose to be cheaper.

Since it rained since we arrive till morning, the parking lot in front of the hotel was flooded. Luckily there was not available space the nite before so we parked a little further at higher ground. They are lucky all the cars can still run.

All in all, bad hotel with high price.

Nice friendly service, nice beach for sunrise view, small but okay swimming pool. Small room with no WIFI, nice tv channel selection though. There is watermark on the wall due to flooding and mosquito if you didn't close your windows at night. Breakfast provided but not a lot of selection.
