We stayed two nights in K.T. for a relatives wedding. Upon arrival, the front desk staff and concierge was friendly and helpful. We received keys for our apartment in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately, we stayed on the same day as the 15/3 Japan Tsunami so the police warned everyone to get off the beach. We are fortunate to get a car park but it seems that parking spaces were severely limited on peak seasons.

The rooms were ok and clean. We noticed that there are many students from local schools or institutions staying there during our stay so it was a bit noisy during the night.

Upon checking out, three weeks later I had a shocker that my credit card was charged thrice! Upon consulting their manager, they say their merchant Bank Islam has some system faults and he needed a few weeks to process my refund. After 1 month, all the charges were finally reversed. Be careful when charging with your card and take notice of the following months statement.

Went there with the whole family - 12 of us.Stayed at the standard 4 bedroom apartment.Apartment was nice However disappointed with some of the facilities there especially the swimming pool. felt like swimming in a cave (they did some renovation and turned the outdoor pool into an indoor one).suffocating and kiddies pool is too small to accommodate a LOT of guest/children.plus the housekeeping staff need some course on how to make up room as they only sweep the floor and no beds were made.parking space was very (and i mean VERY) limited. practically had to fight for a parking space.if you are looking for an apartment (for large families) in kuala terengganu then this is the ONLY place available.one advice that i would give is don't be fooled by what you see on their website because things are not what they seem.

Me, husband with 4 kids went there in June 2010. We took a 3 room apt. The apt was very clean, whatever in the apt is satisfactorily. We were unhappy with the front desk staff (whom to us is not friendly, and no smile on her face too) and the car parking area was very limited. What made us really disappointed, during our visit, we were not allowed to park at their basement, but to our suprise, those parking area were reserved for the singaporean guests. Do local guests did not deserve good services?
