A group of us went to Redang Island. We spent 3days 2 nite there. It is a suitable place for relaxing.quite a nice place for us to bring family... ^^

We spent 5 nights in this hotel.
Standard rooms were essential but clean and spacious, bathrooms need refurbishment but it is still acceptable.
Restaurant was quite good but too expensive (portions were poor), we found something better on this island.
Wi-fi connection signal was weak, available only close to the restaurant area and untill 10 p.m.
The only negative point that we found was the organization for the tour by boat.
When we arrived to the hotel, the "poolside barman" proposed us a tour of the island by boat, 4 hours @ 175RM for couple.
This guy told us to decide immediately because boats often weren’t available.. so.. what we had to do?? We accepted and the following day in the afternoon we departed for this organized tour.
Well, real duration was 2.15 hours (instead of 4 hours as promised), we visited just 2 places close to our coast and only on board of the boat because we couldn’t get off… for this reason… I warmly suggest to keep clear of this guy. You can find better tour from other resorts and surely cheaper!!
During the following days, we noted that the same hasty approach was followed with other new customers.

I've stayed at Coral for 3D 2N full board package. We had a pleasant stay here.. The staff so friendly and the food just nice. Even the resort is still under constructions, its still look good. it was quiet and friendly resort.
Some day we will return and I hope it doesn't change in the meantime because when we close our eyes and think of a paradise this island comes first to mind.
I'll miss Coral...its name beautiful as well as the resort...

I have been on Redang Island approx 4 times during the past 4 years and Coral Redang is for me the best place to stay. Friendly staff, super food and very easy going.

Redang is for me one of the best islands in SOA - the dream beach - crystal clear water and superb snorkeling - a big thank you to Coral Redang employees - I hope to be back soon.
