Stayed here for business - very annoying that the internet was so slow it was not usable. The tech support tried (unsuccessfully) to fix my issue by I talked to another person staying there and they said the same thing - too slow to be usable (I basically could not log on to my VPN). Otherwise, a nice hotel (though annoying that you need to go up to the 22nd floor to go down to street level from your room) with a very nice buffet. They also printed my fapiao (offical tax receipt) wrong though I caught this before I left and got them to fix it. In general, not the level of quality would expect from Hyatt.

I stayed few days begin december in this Hotel. Very nice hotel, with nice new rooms, including all the comfort for a business traveller.
Breakfast very good. Only watch out if you sign in into the business lounge package of 300 rmb/day. breakfast included... this breakfast is NOT in the main reasturant but in a small bar with limited choice !!
Drinks in the bar are (very) expensive, so be carefull :)
For the rest this is a perfect hotel, in the right area.

The level of staff service and experience was excellent during my 4 day stay. The hotel is centrally located on the spectacular raised walkway of waterways and trees stretching to the Pearl River with view of the amazing TV tower across the river from some rooms. Nearby are shopping areas accessed by automated moving pavements all set in a breathtaking architectural landscape. The Club level offers a courteous service of quality although the food choice for breakfast and happy hour are sufficient but by no means elaborate. The other bar and food outlets and well managed and provided good fare. Rooms are large but a little quirky with ultra contemporary design and gadgets - the bathroom is in the middle of the room surrounf by sealed glass cage. The curtain and blind arrangements are quite complex and need an element of geekiness to operate. Storage for clothes is not extensive but there are plenty of shelves. Beds are comfortable and crisp. Room servicing was excellent. Its a fine place to stay.

We only stayed two nights at this hotel, but it was worth the experience. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the Chairman's Suite! Biggest hotel room I have ever seen. The hotel is located in the business district, overlooking a huge park complex. At the time of our stay, the large underground shopping mall was not finished. Numerous dining options within the hotel, all of an excellent standard. Another great Hyatt hotel.
