I stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel.
The staffs were very friendly.
The best thing is the location. The hotel is located in Tian He district, therefore very suitable for business traveler.
There are more than enough restaurants and shopping malls that can be reached by 5-10 minutes walking.
Pizza Hut, Ajisen Ramen, Zhen Kungfu, 72, 7-11 can be reached in less than 5 min walking.
Tea Mall (Shopping Mall) is located just beside the hotel.
MTR station can be reached in 2 min walking.
Delicious economical Cantonese restaurant chains (华辉拉肠) can be reached in 10 minutes walking. They open until late night.

I stayed in Deluxe room. It was extremely great.
Unfortunately, Channel V, one of my favorite TV channel was not available in that hotel. But that was fine.

I was a little bit disappointed with the breakfast. The menu was just so so. The breakfast beef steak was not juicy at all. The century egg pork congee was nothing. I could get the much better one in congee shop in Guangzhou for 7 RMB. But overall, it was acceptable to fill my stomach before starting my busy working days.

In conclusion, I was satisfied with all the services offered, but the room rate was a bit pricey.

I stayed during a conference in November 2011 and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality extended by its staff during my time there. Firstly, I must say that the location of the hotel is good and very strategic. It is next to a huge shopping mall and a very modern underground train station (the metro) which makes it convenient for hotel patrons to do some quick shopping or get around the city ( if you are brave enough) on your own. The only downside is that at dusk, the streets around the hotel will be full of street peddlers and homeless people which can be unnerving if you are walking alone in the evenings. Apart from that, I would say that the facilities offered at the hotel are top notched and the staff on hand are so welcoming and helpful. I accidentally locked myself out of my room when putting out my plates and cutlery at the side of my door one evening. As I was barefooted, I could not run down to the lobby to get another keycard hence, I called the concierge for assistance and a hotel personnel arrived within minutes of my distress call with a spare keycard. Even room service was prompt. Beds were huge and comfy. I had a twin bed configuration in my room which could actually sleep 4 people! Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this as a hotel of choice for those travelling for business or pleasure to Guangzhou city.

This hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed, if not the best.

As this is a rather new hotel, the room is clean and spacious and it suits us well. The breakfast at the executive lounge is awesome.

The hotel is also conveniently located next to Tee Mall & Tiyu Xilu MTR interchange.

I wish to be back to this hotel again when I travel to Guangzhou again.

This hotel provides everything I expect from a 5-Star-Hotel. As Starwood platinum member we got an upgrade to a gorgeous suite, the staff is very friendly and competent, service in the lounge was perfect. The location next to TeeMall is great.
Some minor kinks like the tiny closet or the much to low position of the shower head cannot blemish the overall wonderfull experience.
