A busy hotel with a large conference centre. But the rooms were clean and well appointed, but a bit small. As for all of China, a non-smoking room doesnt mean much!

The standards of servise on the Garden hotel is getting lower and lower ! ! ! . I stayed there 4 times and I keep feeling that they are trying to SAVE money and not care about their reputation . No welcome fruit basket , NO mouth wash , NO free welcome drinks , AND the breakfast is getting worse . They will looose their customers IF they keep going in that route .
Room Tip: Get a top floor room with a main street view . Avoid breakfast unless you had to .

I would like to apologize for not meeting to your expectations during your stay, firstly we would like to thank you for staying with us for 4 times and been a regular guest of The Garden Hotel. I would like assure you that we do not compromise with regards to the guest amenities that we provide. At present we do provide all of the above said amenities to our Executive rooms and suites, each room categories and the booking sources has different level of amenities. It is not our company standards to lower our service standards and cut down on in-room amenities to our guests.
If time permits, I would appreciate if you could email me so that we could discuss in detail of your experience with you and endeavor to personally restore your confidence in our hotel.
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused and I look forward to the possibility of hearing from you.

Expensive rates but negotiable.
Beautiful luxury design.
Comfortable rooms
Customer service not efficient propose to pay for an upgrade pretending no more room, negociate it for free!
