Recently spent a week at this hotel on the 10th floor. As others have commented, excellent central location for access to railway station, the excellent metro system and the main nightlife district, Suskino, with clean but small room and decent buffet breakfast. Staff spoke English. Only down sides were that the room TV had no free access to CNN and BBC news channels and they were unable to offer a computer print facility which was a nuisance, as I was directed to a nearby internet cafe. I found this surprising for this level of hotel, hence the rating. Laundry facilities are available in the hotel.

“Fantastic Location”
This hotel is very well located for the ice festival. We had views of the sculptures from our window which was fantastic. The subway is across the road. English is not the best but you can make do. The hot baths were beautiful. The breakfast was good. Clean rooms a little small but it is Japan. The only complaint was no cupboards.

“great room and location!”
The hotel just next to the Odori subway station & Odori Park. From Sapporo JR station around 15 mins if on foot, (very recommend take subway if you are taking heavy luggage) and just few mins to Susukino, very convenience.
Their services just OK, can do better.
My room at the lower floor (special price, I forgot 1/F or 2/F) so without views but it was very comfortable and relaxing. I would like to stay again next time.
