This hotel is in a great location, about 4 minutes walk from the station and about 10 mins to Odori park.
The rooms are a little on the small side, but that seems to be Japan hotel rooms generally. The hotel seems really new and the bathroom is modern and well set out, The Service was brilliant and the public baths were pretty good as well.

They also had free internet which is a big plus.

The only downside was no laundry, but otherwise this is a great choice.

Overall, it is a clean and simple hotel. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in early January 2012. The rooms are very very small. The queen bed is against the wall, about 3 foot of clearance to the desk on the other side another 3 feet of clearance at the foot of the bed to the wall.

The staff is friendly, but they speak limited English and they cater mostly to Japanese travelers. But the hotel is clean and relatively comfortable, and the location is great since its right by Sapporo Station. I would be willing to stay again if the price is right.

This is a new, ultra modern hotel with top facilities. We were upgraded to the next level of room size so this review will reflect this.
Large flat screen TV but unfortunately only Japan TV channels.
Free high speed cable internet with cable provided.
Modern bathroom with all facilities and really clean.
Public spa bath on top floor that is modern and clean.
Reception was very efficient with a high standard of spoken english
Convenience stores ( 711 & Lawsons) are very close.
This is a top hotel and at a very affordable price ( sub $100 AUD)
Would stay again.

We stayed two nights in this hotel with a 6 month old baby and although the room is quite small, it was clean and quiet. The location is great, within walking distance to the subway station. The morning buffet was busy and a decent selection of both hot and cold food.
