As others have mentioned. The hotel's location is a 5 to 10 mins walk to the subway station. I just want to add that it's also a doable 20 mins walk to Osaka Castle with several nice eateries along the way.

Travelling with a bad back creates problems in most hotels, City Plaza gives a great room and furnishings to make access and rest the easiest possible.
I really liked my experience from this Hotel in Osaka. I loved the floor where you have an open air Onsen for free as well as massages and a relax area. Very nice and really a way to experience a bit of japaneese tourism.
The breakfast was awesame since you had a large variety of western and local food.
The situation is very well located, lots of stores and shops and convenient stores around and not far neither from the metro station, neither from the famous shop galleries.
I would really like to back there and enjoy longer their spa.
Tje service was veru friendly and spoke a very good english.
I strongly recommend it!
I stayed for about a week, very new hotel with a great finish. I liked the corridors with relaxing music and aromatherapy oils. Great value for money. It had an excellent gym (you need to pay 1800 yen though) and onsen (hot spring bath) on the roof top was fantastic! Free use of onsen and massage chairs (which was outside the onsen). Very close to the station, about 5 mins walk. I will definitely go back there again!
The hotel was conveniently located (it's just minutes away from the train station and Osaka Castle) and had a modern appeal. The counter staff was friendly and spoke some English. There's an onsen, interestingly located on the higher levels, overlooking the city. The room's clean and comfortable as well.
