stayed here for 2 days. Room is not as small as the average hotel rooms in Tokyo. Very clean, bed is comfortable. bathroom is a nice size. It is in between two subways stations, but requires about 8-15 minutes of walk depends on your walking pace. There are three 7-11s, and a few other convenient stores around. There are some local restaurants nearby as well. I went to a restaurant 1 block down towards south that serves very nice korean style BBQ pork.

THICK dust found on the ceiling's air-conditioner. Since this was very late at night when we returned from dinner, we decided to clean the dust ourselves instead of calling the front desk. We cleaned the dust with some wet tissue paper =(

But besides this, overall we have a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommended to our friends. We are also planning to book your hotel again on our next trip to Tokyo in February 2012 ^___^

We booked the hotel as we went at the golden week of Japan. this hotel is near 2 subway stations, grocery and close to one of the best small family owned restaurant of Osaka. The hotel is located at a business area and most guests are Japanese or on a business trip. The hotel is clean, small rooms, small bathroom/toilet.
The hotel staff, barely speaks English but they are polite and efficient.
Summary: Clean, comfortable beds and pillow and near subway station. The Osaka castle is just walking distance around a healthy 15 minutes walk(if you are not the healthy person, take the subway).

We have been staying in hostels for most of our time in Japan, but decided to have few nights with a room of our own in Osaka...
The Room was small but modern, the staff were amazing and we were well looked after.
Over all it was a great new hotel very clean!!

Good location for a short walk the the night spots and shopping, just around the corner from the subway and a supermarket.
