“2 nights in stopover”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 February 2012

Great attention to detail for such a large hotel. We felt they provide a personable service, the staff are very friendly. The room was very clean. We were fortunate in getting an upgrade so it was quieter. It is centrally located and much of Kuala Lumpur within walking distance.
We lost a small flash drive which was found by the hotel and returned to us. So grateful.

Room Tip: Ask to have a room on the upper floors

“Beware of using AC !”

Nice room, great location... But we caught wicked colds / lung infections from the Air Conditioning system. Others on our floor caught it also as everyone was having coughing fits. I got over it in a few days, but it took 2½ weeks and a heavy dose of antibiotics for hubby to get rid of it.
Also it`s a bit annoying to have to trek down the street for a bite to eat. Out of a 10 day stay I think we got 1 free breakfast. Probably our fault for sleeping so late. Having not slept due to coughing :-(

Room Tip: Ask if the Air Conditioning Unit in the room you are about to rent has been cleaned recently.

“Nice room, noisy neighbourhood!”

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to Singapore. After a long flight, stepping into a cool, bright hotel lobby was great! The staff are polite and helpful but not over-friendly. Also, I didn't like having to pay a deposit when I'd already paid for the room online. (We only got it back 2 weeks later. Maybe this is common practice in KL, I don't know.)

The rooms are nice and clean, with very comfy beds and a good shower. The hotel is also close to a train station so it is easy to get to/from the airport with the KLIA express. BUT a major downfall was that there seemed to be a nightclub on the same side street as the hotel because we could hear loud dance music until about 4am, added to the jet lag, we didn't get a good night's sleep. So, overall, nice rooms etc but its a shame the windows aren't sound-proofed!

“New, Clean,Great Hotel”

Booked the hotel through its web site for the cheapest room (deluxe). As mentioned by others, there's no dedicated drop-off area, and my cab driver easily missed the side entrance. Checking in was a breeze, and somehow I've got a room upgrade. Porter and front desk were friendly. Noticed there's a major crack in the elevator on my way up to the room. Room was very nice, and I simply loved the design. The true gem is in the breakfast that came with the room. Good selection of light and very tasty items. Absolutely loved it. On the down side, I was about to check out and called the concierge to get my bags. Waited 15 mins, and still no show. I ended up carrying my own bags down. I'm under the impression the place is slightly understaffed, but overall it was a very nice place, and I'd definitely come back to this place.

“Heart of KL, Excellent location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 January 2012

This is the perfect hotel for those who want to be centrally located in KL - 2 min walk to Pavillon mall, beside Lot 10 mall, cloase to monorail Bukit bintang (central station), close to all shops, resto and they have a spa on the 2nd floor which is good too. Will definitely go back!

Room Tip: Choose a room overlooking the city..very nice to look at at night time.
