These serviced apartments are excellent value for money. I stayed in the one-bedroom studio and found it quite adequate to entertain visitors without the feeling of squashing into a hotel room. The room was sizable- without being too large- and stocked with an appropriate level of equipment if you wanted to cook in the apartment. And the king-sized bed was really comfortable! My room had an open wardrobe concept located behind the bed that worked nicely and almost acted like an ante-room. While there is no mini-bar (that is a good thing) and no real room service (I am indifferent to that anyway), it is very well located to local mamaks, food places (like Jalan Alor) and a huge range of expat/ tourist restaurants around the corner. It is an easy walk to Pavilion, Low Yat, Sungei Wang, Lot 10 and BB Plaza, with Raja Chulan monorail nearby.

It is not made clear on their website however there are TWO swimming pools, both of a good size. The one on the first floor is for families, while the adult's pool floor (on level 31) has the addition of two small spas and two steam rooms (one for each gender). Activation of the steam room was difficult, however once it was going it was simple to adjust the levels. Sadly, the pool areas closed at 8pm, too early in my opinion.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. It was RM20 to have the breakfast buffet, while at the mamak across the road (Restoran Nagasari Curry House), I had a great Roti Canai and Teh Tarik for RM4. It was RM4 that was well spent.

The staff were great. Another reviewer stated that this was a serviced apartment, not a hotel, but the staff went to great lengths to be warm, friendly and helpful to guests. I echo these sentiments completely.

I have stayed in a number of hotels in KL and I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to stay here again. The best price I found for my stay was on the Parkroyal website.

lovely new spacious apartment well appointed with all new fittings, good view from room. Location was ok, fairly central. Good staff, breakfast buffet was ok but when in a place like KL who really wants to eat in a hotel. My only certain was the work desk and chair, sent the chair flying. room is large, spacious, well furnished, big kitchen and dining facilities in room. actually everything nice about this hotel except bfast which is a very standard breads, jam, cereals, fruits and juices. (all of which just have one or two varieties, nothing more.

checkin was flexible.. i wanted to settle my bill upfront, they allowed that. didnt use pool gym as was busy with work.

We just had 3 night stay in this serviced suite.

NOT SAFETY for family with children. The windows in the suite can be easily opened by young children and the windows are without any safety feature to protect the children from falling out from the building!!!
Nevertheless, it is good for adults.

We booked 1 bedroom premier suite when we checked in they upgraded us to 2 bedroom suite. It comes with a 4 seaters dining table, a living area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, 1 room with king bed and ensuite bath tub bath room and WC and basin, the other one with queen size bed and another bathroom attached to the corridor to the rooms. This one only has shower cubicle and WC and basin. Good thing about this suite, it has washer and dryer for guest usage. And next to the living, there is a study room.
5 individual controlled air-conds were installed and coldness of the air-cond is above average can get in Malaysia hotels.

Bad thing about this serviced suite is that no good maintenance done. Furnitures seems wear and tear. Carpet in the living room and side table have stains.
Hair can be found every where in the suite, at the corridor, bath tub, bed sheets. Dust on the pillow cases.
I believe the management needs to seriously look into refurbishing the worn furnitures or make little maintenance and of course make sure no hair found, especially on the bed under the blankets!

Do not expect service provided, this is a good hotel. As there is no bell boy to help carry luggage upon our arrival. Only the security guards who helped to carry our luggages and open our cars doors.

Nearby the Bukit Bintang shopping district. Opposite the service suite there is a Malay curry fish head stall. On the ground floor there are some places for food and drink like Modesto's, Paper & Toast...

Overall, if to spend RM500+ for service suite or apartment, we prefer staying in the Garden Residence in Mid Valley.
