Stayed at a 3bedroom suites & it's excellent. It has a 2 single bed room, a queen bed room & a king bed room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large dinning table. The hall has a tv, DVD player & a mini hifi with iPod connectivity. New equipment & very clean place. Breakfast is simple but good enough.
The apartment is just by the side of busy Jalan Ampang, about 15 min walk to KLCC. I need to visit Gleaneagles Hospital which is a short drive down Jalan Ampang. Very convenient.

Wow they had everything you could think of... wi-fi, flatscreen TV's (bedroom and lounge), iPod docks/alarm clocks, an awesome bathroom with a view of KL. amazing

I have read some people complaining about the location. I dont understand this as you are pretty much a 10 minute walk away from KLCC and if you dont want to walk the hotel runs a complimentary shuttle to KLCC and the Pavilion is only a 5/6 ringgit taxi drive away. £1.20 So the location was a not an issue.
The roof pool was great and a stunning view over the city maybe not the biggest pool around but they have done the best they could have with the space. The gym is well equipped and plenty of space too.

Overall we loved it here. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way everytime to help us whenever we asked. will be back loved this place 100%

Stayed January 2012, travelled with friends

Efficient and friendly service from all staff.
Rooftop pool and gym well maintained.
Comfortable beds. Wash/dryer machine very useful during stay.
Residence fairly new so all equipment appears in tip top condition.

Overall we feel the serviced apartment is value for money. We booked a 3-room premier thru the net. Checking in,, we tried to request for room facing the Petronas tower ( as suggested by fellow member) but sadly denied stating they do not have room in that category. Unavailable or unable to give? However, we did not press for that.
The beds are good you can definitely sleep well. The whole apartment is clean with 2 flat-screen tv and DVD player. Furnitures and fixtures modern and simplistic but not very luxurious. One of the basin not working properly. Breakfast quite limited but satisfied. Suitable for local people to hold a small gathering or birthday celebration.
