Very nice stay over a 10 day business trip to KL. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Friendly staff. Restaurants and bars in the hotel were very good. A nice complimentary breakfast in the morning and also a complimentary 'happy hour' with heavy hors d'oeuvres and light alcoholic bevs in the afternoon if you're staying the suites. I particularly like this location in KL. The Pavilion Shopping Center is literally across the street and I enjoy strolling Bukit Bintang in the evening. Spendy, but my preferred place to stay in KL.

Slightly on the expensive side, typical business hotel. The good part is the variety of restaurants in the basement floor - several cuisines! Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Most of them have great views as well. Staff is generally courteous and helpful. The only improvement could be with the check-in check-out facilities. They should make it quicker and more efficient. Reception staff also needs to brush up their English

The hotel prices here are definitely very reasonable. We got a room at JWM, booked just a couple of days earlier, at $124++/night. [We were stranded in KL by AirAsia changing its flight schedule]. We got stuck in the bad traffic and it took us an hour to cover the last mile! We arrived frustrated but the warm friendly welcome from the staff (oranges, chilled guava juice etc.) perked us up quickly! As Platinum members they upgraded us to a suite [thanks Charlotte!] – which was very well appointed and had a powder room in addition to a spacious bathroom. During our two days we enjoyed the warm friendly greetings of the staff.

The Concierge’s lounge on the 24th floor has great service for breakfast (eggs cooked to order) and during the evening they have complimentary liquor for a couple of hours serving decent liquor – I got JW Black. The hotel is connected internally to the Ritz Carlton, so you can stay cool as you explore multiple dining and shopping options.

Great stay, great place.

The Lobby was as expected of your typical luxurious 5 star hotel. Checking in was a breeze howver was slightly disappointed when i was told bluntly (courteously nevertheless) that there wasn't any clean room for an early check in- like as though the request was so expected that the excuse was readily made available-like autopilot. But let's not get that into us too deep as there are many other commendable things to note of.

Like the super duper tip-top location. For a family with a small baby, the location is, if i may say this, the best. Separated by just a small road and traffic light, is one of their popular shopping mall. Hotel is located mainly in the heart of KL and easy to get around. Very busy and bustling area,. May not appeal to those looking for peace and serenity.

Room: your normal 5 star standard, extremely clean rooms with nice comfy huge bed for quality sleep. From the web that i booked, we even get to choose what kind of pillows we prefer!

The next time im in KL, this is going to be my no 1 hotel.
