Not a great deal to add that othe's haven't already said really. A bit out of the way location wise, but slap bang on the MRT so no bother there.
The rooms are lovely, and the staff are excellent.
All the communal areas are old school grand asian five star beautiful.
We will be back.

In general this hotel is good. However the location is a the other end of Jalan Sultan Ismail, which is not so near to Bukit Bintang. It is quite near (walking distance) to Monorail (which bring you to Bukit Bintang) and Dan Wangi station (Kelana Jaya MRT).

There is small street next to hotel which I was told by taxi driver used to be one of the happening place in KL.

The room is very huge although you can tell the design is a bit old other than that I cannot complain much. Facility is good.

As someone said, the hotel is huge, so if you get the corner room, may be quite a distance to walk to the lift.

The only complain that I had, someone accidentally charge his/her breakfast to my room. I wonder why they never verify it first. Anyway, they immediately took out that charges, but I do not really feel good about it.

walking distance from China Town ( a must if you are in the area) and not that far from the golden triangle of the city . hotel tho def needs a renovation

... I was on a very hectic schedule so hardly got to enjoy the facilities and amenities. the room was spacious and elegant, the view was great, the service in line with expectations and the overall experience hassle-free.

Located just off a monorail station that made for great connectivity to most parts of town, an easy walk to KLCC and plenty to do in the vicinity, this is a property I will definitely return to just so I can explore further,

One tip, though. Never ask them for a "hotel taxi" - they just call in one off the street and charge you room for 50% higher than the metered rate would have been. This is the one thing that rankled; otherwise, as I said, the overall experience was pretty good.
