A very comfortable hotel. Breakfast is excellent with an omelet station. Nice pool and gym. Internet was NOT complimentary which was a bit disappointing, as it was quite costly to pay for it per day. The location is within walking distance to Bukit Bintang and the major shopping centre called the Pavillion. It is also well located to the mono rail station.

Lovely hotel close to the monorail, bus links to the city. The staff are very helpful but generally cannot deliver. We could not get wi fi connecion and they wanted to charge us 45 for it. We had a light in our hall which we could not switch off and had to sleep the two nights there with a light on all the time. They sent engineers out to mend and told us they had completed the work only for it not too work.

Food is OK and not very good value for money. Plenty of restaurants just up the road which are better quality and cheaper.

as a priority club member, i checked in at the little office left of the main front desk and it was a great start of my stay; the ladies were friendly, offered a cool towel, a juice while the check-in was efficient and quick.
They gave me a room on the 25th floor with a view on the Petronas towers! really a nice touch when visiting KL for the first time.
The room is slightly older but in a good condition, tidy and clean. One point of attention: the water in the shower cabin took a very long time to turn warm - Although it's 30 degrees outside, I still like my shower to be equally hot.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hostess, service staff all were genuinely friendly and service minded. While I was late for breakfast I still received friendly and attentive service, fresh and tasty croissants and freshly brewed coffee.
The concierge guys know the city well and were able to give clear directions going into the city. One tip; when going for a ticket for the Petronas towers, go early and be sure to be there before 7:15am in the morning; it's only a 10 minute walk from the hotel!
Beverages and a la carte are relatively expensive, but of a good quality.
The mono rail has a station in front of the hotel, which can be really convenient.
All in all, I would definitely stay in Crowne Plaza KL again on a next visit!

my husband and i stayed here for 4 nights in january and it was our second stay, we were there the year before. The room we stayed in was the delux room and it was lovely, very spacious and the bathroom is a great size and to my husbands delight there was a iron and ironing board supplied in the room. The pool area was lovely, very comfy sunbeds and they supply towels for you. The hotel is a 10 minute stroll to the petronus towers,and very close bukit bintang (the main road where everything is going on) staff are very friendy and helpful, i would very much recommend this hotel.
