Stayed 4 nights 2 x double rooms.Staff very attentive, the white gloves are a nice touch,as is the welcome bowl of apples.
Booked a Melaka tour through the tour desk,was very good tho driver spoke very little understandable English.
Buffett breakfast had a wide variety, did not have any other meals in the restaraunt.
Concierge ordered taxis for us several times and the taxis turned the meters on which was great.
The hotel is close to 2 huge shopping malls,and a large park near the Petronas Towers which is a great place to take pics at night.
Very enjoyable,if in Kuala Lumpur I would definately stay here again.

We had a partial view of the towers,huge rooms,very nice toiletries and bottled water supplied each day. WiFi in rooms was fast and free.

My wife and I were very concerned at some of the comments made on some websites about the standard of cleanliness, noise and unhelpful attitude of the staff.however the booking had been paid for in advance and it was not feasible to change at short notice.We are glad that we took the chance and trusted the travel agents advice.We spent three nights there in mid January and do not regret the experience. We requested a non smoking room on a non smoking floor and this request was complied with without any hesitation.The staff were all extremely helpful and went out of their way to meet our requests , for example by setting up laptop access to the hotels internet system and providing useful information to help us adjust to our first visit to Kuala Lumpur.We will be returning to spend another three nights en route from New Zealand to London, at the end of this month, and will write another review if our last experience was just a one off lucky strike.The lesson we have learned is to be sceptical and not gullible when we read a catalogue of disasters on certain websites.Judge for yourself is what we say.

Brilliant location, a ten minute walk via covered skybridge to either KLCC shops or Pavilion mall. Good standards throughout at this hotel. Customer service good, rooms clean and modern, easy to find by car.
Breakfast was buffet, and plenty of choice.
If we return to KL this will be our hotel of choice.

We had a wonderful experience at Impiana. Free of charge WIFI in all rooms. All the staffs are very helpful and always smiling. The rooms were clean. The hotel is just a short walk to the petronas...a lot of nearby restaurants. I simply adore everything in there. We will surely comeback to Malaysia and will definitely stay again at Impiana.
