We had a few nights here and found it fine for the money - about $60 for a double room with cable tv, hot shower, desk, and helpful friendly staff.

The hotel is near the busy Malate area but just a block away from the main noise and chaos, so a good sleep is possible. There is a large shopping mall a few minutes walk away with some good restaurants and a food court.
Would stay again.

been staying in this h0tel f0r 6 years n0w every annual vacati0n...have rec0mmended t0 relatives t0o..since im an OFW, i ch0se this h0tel because 0f its l0cati0n, reas0nable price and safe..they have big and clean-c0mfy r0oms with flat screen TV..free net and great l0cati0n just beside the r0bins0n's place manila..and LRT stati0n..

location is good and accesible..close to LRT station and mall. price is reasonable and you are getting what you paid for.

the only downside is the wifi signal. i have stayed in this hotel for almost 3 months and every week that i checked in i tried to be in the 5th floor as this is the only floor with good wifi signal. food is average and sometimes not consistent specially the breakfast.

Very nice room and is comfortable...however the first night I didnt get much sleep as I arrived 5am in the morning but at 7am the Church music opposite the street kept me awake and the following night there seemed to be a lot of traffic. I payed $3000peso for deluxe room. Bathroom was nice and hot water was good. Location is perfect as Robinson's Mall is just across the road. WiFi was very good. We stayed on the 7th floor and showed a nice view of some of the city from its big window. Restraunt was way overpriced and if u get room service it is very expensive with plus plus charges. Nothing wrong with this hotel but just noisy due to the location and a bit too pricey. There were no promo rates on the room.
