Booked in a studio standard room. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is located in the heart of manila where malls and other historical places is located. Has a japanese restaurant beside the lobby. The rooms given to us was big, with kitchen but very old. Bathroom needs a major renovation especially the mirror and door. Heres the pic. Only recommended if you just planned to be out whole day and come back just to sleep.

Unfortunately , i book for 5 nights after i saw the rooms and hotel pictures ,however when you step on the hotel OMG its totally disappointed.
1- NO Parking ,Sorry there is Parking 35 PSP for every 3hours.
2- The reception staff OMG i never saw like them un polite and un helpful and even you compliant for them as if you are not talking.
3- Rooms are super dirty bed sheet and below.
4- No shampoo at the whole hotel
5- No A/C at the room (there is not no cold air).
6- only One lamp at the room and its very dark.
7- You will get a nice company while your stay there with different of sizes COCKROACH.

with my 5nights at the hotel i have changed 3 times my room,however all are the same.
Even i told them there is a lot of Cockroach no one cares as if its normal.and there is no manager to meet.

Even i asked them how can they are showing 3star hotel and there is no hotel.

i sent full report with some pictures for the Ministry of tourism Philippine and Department of tourism Philippine hope things will be change.

Got a Studio Standard via agoda for 33 EUR. The best of the hotel is the lobby, which looks ok. The room looks just like it is: minimum 20 years old. And guess, how long ago was the last renovation....

The hotel has like 15 floors and 2 elevators. Unfortunately, only one is working.....

My room stinks. At least it is possible to open the window. I have had a couple of rooms in the past on the Philippines (and many other countries). This one is so far the worst. Thank good that I have it only for one night and I can leave tomorrow....

Look for something else. It can't get worse.

We stayed 3 nights. I wouldn't say it was bad. but, you don't get what you expect. Comparing to other hotels in Manila this would be great. Great value I should mention. Good for quick stay.
