Super wow...very clean, nice comfy & modern hotel!

My wife and I recently stayed on points on the Regency Club level. The room was excellent and the service at the Regency Club was well worth the extra points to upgrade (includes continental breakfast, wine all day, and evening appetizers and drinks). So far this has been our favorite Hyatt that we've stayed at, either in the U.S. or in Asia.

If you swim, their pool has an Olympic-sized lane, which we also appreciated.

This is my first time to stay in Hyatt Manila, only for one night as a transit passenger.
I think the only demerit for this hotel is it's location-the environment outside the hotel do really shock me, but the moment you enter into the hotel, it seems you come into another world!
Except this, everything in this hotel is perfect-friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room. In my view, the service in this hotel is even better than some Park Hyatt hotels.There is no doublt that I will choose Hyatt Manila next time.

I was in Manilla to attend some business meetings in first week of June. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and was very happy with the sea views from the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful and went out of their way to help me when I had a severe headache on one of the evenings.

The breakfast was sumptuous and offered a lot of variety. The hotel is a bit far from the central business district of Manilla but the hotel transportation is quite reliable.
