Stayed at this place 3 times over a period of 3 weeks. Have to recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in the city. Excellent room with all amenities - value for money. In house restaurant has some wonderful delicacies. Loved the way the breakfast was served in the room after taking the order the previous night at times we wanted it to be served. Location is perfect for walking around the city. Will definitely recommend for families and people who have had enough of the beach and want to take in the city life.

Hotel is ideally located near the market place. Front-side rooms give a good view of the municipal garden. Besides, the church of lady of immaculate conception is at a short walking distance. All the major restaurants like Domino, Kamat, Satkar (Pure Veg) are nearby. Facilities for North Goa, South Goa, River Cruises are at a short distance away. We stayed in an executive room facing the municipal garden. The room was very good with all modern amenities. The hotel is normally fully booked in tourist seasons and one is required to make prior bookings. The location of the hotel is ideal for families.

A nice place to stay to avoid the tourist hoardes on the beaches. Set opposite one of the nicest parks in India, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Rates are reasonable though they had no record of our booking despite exchanging emails with us. Once again they have the silly 24 hour check in system so had no idea of who was checking out or staying. The guys that run it are friendly and helpful as are the cleaning staff. Just need to sort out their bookings system! Has a well regarded but expensive restaurant and the hotel is surrounded by bars, bottle shops and excellent restaurants. Easy walk to all Panaji sites.

This hotel is located right in the centre of Panjim city,in front of the famous municipal garden and near to the shopping area with wide range of restuarants nearby.The famous all veg-'kamat' restaurant is just a stones throw away.The hotel has nice newly renovated rooms with some having a beautiful garden view.The mandovi river is barely 5 minutes walk away.Their own restuarant " Shere-E-Punjab" is 1 of the best Punjabi restuarants in town.Very authentic.
The only drawback are the spring beds which are not very comfirtable.At Rs 1800 per night,You cant find a better hotel in the heart of Panjim city!!
