First visit was probably 3 years back and the most recent was July 2011

There are 2 ways by which you could secure a room here, it works like a condotel (condo-Hotel) kinda thing

First, you could book through the hotel reception or their official website which was what we did the first time. It was quite a nice stay and visit.

Secondly, you could book through various contacts of individual owners of the room units... which would give you very variable results and impression of this place. It may be slightly cheaper but there are a number of facilities not available to you as they are for the hotel guest proper, and you are considered just renting a room that belongs to another owner not a unit owned and managed by the hotel.

I have stayed with my family during public holiday, room is cleaned and tidy, all aircond working perfectly, the water park well maintain, water very clean, reception counter is very helpful, thanks for tiara mgmt

Don't know where to start. went on an overnight with my Malaysian family. No light in the lift. Dead cockroches around a pile of food wast as we stepped out on to our floor. Loo not working.

Room was clean enought but curtins so old they were in shreads where the folds were.

Paid an extra 30 ringgit for breakfast. it was ok but not worth the money. Could get a lot better on the hakwer stalls.

The Anna Thai restaurant had lovely food but a bit slow and no alcohol. Bit of a suprise for a hotel.

I stayed here with my family for 1 n ight as a stop over and I'm glad it was for only 1 night. The reception area was fancy but thats where the fanciness ended. We were given a room key with no directions how to get there. We arrived in the middle of the night with 4 kids and no one helped us with the luggage. The room was hot and reaked of moth balls. They were put over all the drains, it was almost unbearable. The curtin in my room barely covered window so I had to get changed in the bathroom. The shower curtin fell down within minutes. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The whole place felt dirty. As for the waterpark, it was ok. But 1 day there was all you need as you would get sick of the rides. Note: It takes 1 to 1.5 hrs to get there from the aiport..and Taxi's arent cheap
