“Horrible, dirty and unfriendly staffs”

Arrived at the hotel around 10.30 pm. Decided to check in that place as the exterior looks clean and decent with swimming pool and the hotel is by the beach. To our amazement the interior is another story. The 1st thing we see is an old rusty mini bar. I dare not open it. There are 2 rooms. One room with the double bed, air cond not functioning. Another room has 2 single beds, the air cond is cool enoigh so we decided to merge the 2 single beds. The bathrooms is disgusting! We nearly check out to find another place to stay but did not as we were exhausted. Since we were exhausted, we decided to extend the check out time to 1pm. The reception told us that we can only extend to 12.30. 30 mins extra. Its so frustrating. At 12.30 sharp, as we were rushing to pack up our bags, the reception call asking us to leave. We left and we made a vow that we will never ever ever come here again! TM as a corporate body should be ashamed.
