Eventhough it's named Selesa which translates to comfortable in English, I still find it to be far fetched.

Location where it is by the beach, is great and especially with a sea view room.

However, that is basically it. You would want to just stay out of the room and enjoy the beach more than the room.

There were a number of molds located in the room. From the walk to the room, I can tell that management only cares about the hotel enough to get people in once, and not to be repeat customers.

My family stayed at this resort for 3 days and 2 nights over the December Holiday. We got our roon via walk-in. At first,we got this room which had a beach view but iw was kind of quiet. So we decided to ask the staff for a change of room. Staff was friendly and professional in the change of room. The room was average with air-conditioner and tv. However,the view from our room was amazing as it was facing the pool.

There were 2 pools,the kids pool and the huge normal pool. Beach was clean and able to get a sunset view. Many activities could be done here such as volleyball,beach soccer and water sports. Breakfast was simple and average but was scrumptious. Housekeeping was tip top as the room was clean after we went out on the second day.

Overall,we had a wonderful stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it to others. The architecture of the resort was one of a kind and definitely would catch one's attention. Worth the money for an all in one resort.

i stayed for one night for a meeting. my room is a twin-bed. After the meeting, i spend most of my time in my room wacthing TV. However the tv reception/signal is poor. the phone is not working too. They provide the iron room because the hotel policy does not allow ironing in the room. Which i found the iron room is quite far from my room. Such an inconvenience. Thing get worst when i found out there was a leaking.. the floor next to the bathroom wall is wet every time i taken my shower. water seem to sip through the wall. Need improvement and refurbishment! time to makeover! A great place for family with young children but i wont recommend for couple. the hotel staff is nice and friendly.
