The room is dirty, you can find the debris/rubbish on the floor & the stain in the toilet bowl, tiles & sink. Refer to the previous review, it is absolutely true!

Found this place after check out from the previous place. Although the place look run down, cleanliness maintained. Service was quick and friendly. It will definate a crowd puller if being refurbish since the location is very strategic!

It supposed to be a good hotel but the maintenance is sucked. Once checked in, the air condition and flush in toilet are not working. Told the reception before went out for lunch. After back from lunch approx 2 hours later, they only start to check other hotel rooms that available! take about 30 minutes waiting time for guest. Moreover, no parking slot after driving out for lunch. Apart from that, the dining place is not hygience and all those count down dinner party is not value for money. Swimming pool is dirty! The only pros is the room is big enough. The one is running this hotel is stupid! How can they not providing professional service knowing that they are running a competitive service industry.

The car park is filled to overflowing. Only experts can manoevre around teh car park. Once you get a place, you better keep it. If you leaave, you will never get one again. We had to park a kilometer away and walk. Swimming pool is full of people and dirty. Apartments were tolerable. Choose time to be non peak period, then maybe it may be ok.
