arriving at the dock, the resort 'bell boy' helped us to carry our luggage on their motorbike to the resort; it's a bout 5-10 minutes walk through the back lane; passing by old wooden bridges and local housing area.

service is good and friendly. rooms on the other hand, is very basic. we stayed at the superior room; which is furnished with 1 queen and 1 single bed. Hot shower, air-cond and fan. That's about it. floors are wooden you can see thru the floor and whole room is made from wood and Formica The beach is great; just that, at this part of the island, the low tide begins at 4pm onwards so you cant enjoy dipping in the sea when the sun sets. Not sure of other parts of the island if the tide is the same. But walking to the nearby small island for snorkeling and sun bathing is the really rewarding. Is a MUST DO!!!
Passed by Paya Beach Resort, its just next to our resort; it has a sea view from the room and an open-air lounge. Better amenities, better environment. but price differ.

It's not a five star resort but considering what we paid we think that we received a lot for our money. The bungalows are big and they are clean. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing we lacked was a chest of drawers where we could put our clothes. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Our family, five adults and three children, stayed in this resort for ten nights

Friendly Dive center in Paya-Sealantis,Hotel staffs...I LIKE IT!!they got beautiful beach and dive sites.enjoying staying there and love the foods there.

the resort is just a old wooden house. The food was awful . When you walk abit, you can feel the floor shaking. It has aircon which is windows type. It sounds like a boat at night when quiet and we were unable to sleep well. I was surprised the resort didnt even provide toothbrush.In short, its totally not worth the price we paid. The first night was a total nightmare.

Indeed the place is quiet and people are friendly.Snorkeling was fun. There is a PayaBeach resort in front of it which provides full facilities and the food there was quite good and cheap. We ended up eating at PayaBeach resort everyday.

for me payabeach is totally isolated. Morning the tide is high and you can go swimming and evening there is nothing to do but stay at hotel. Please consider other beach at tioman.
