The service is attentive and flawless. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure satisfaction.

Better than the Hyatt's in the US.

I stayed two nights for a business trip and fully satisfied with the product and service standards, The rooms are not too big but with large mirrors in one side gives the impression that room is very large. In all F&B areas exceptional service and friendly staff was noted.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a total of 3 nights (27, 28 Jan and 9 Feb 2012) as part of a tour of Northern India. First impressions were good as there is a large open foyer and check-in area and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and modern with a huge deep square bath as well as a separate shower. The bed was very comfortable with the best pillows we have ever slept on in a hotel. The porter who brought up our bags ran through how to work everything in the room which was very helpful. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice and good service. We also ate in the Indian restaurant, Aangan which we thought was overpriced at about £75 for 2 people for starter, main course and 1 beer each.
On our last night we had three power cuts in the space of half an hour which was very annoying as we had just checked in and were trying to unpack and change for dinner. We asked to change to another room but the receptionist insisted that there would be no more problems. We think they had been doing some work in one of the lifts and the receptionist was proved right as we had no more problems. This was the only glitch in a very comfortable stay.
Overall we were very impressed with the Hyatt Regency, New Delhi and have only marked it down for the expensive food and drink (about £6 for a small bottle of Kingfisher!)

The Delhi Hyatt overdelivers on expectations. The best part is a stellar buffet in the Cafe with both Indian and western food as well as a fresh juice bar and more.
