Property is very modern & is close to the airport being about 15 minutes drive away. Lobby is grand & atrium like with high ceiling. Rooms are quite spacious, modern & comfortable with shower only in the room that I had. Decor is neutral. Breakfast is good & the range is quite extensive. All staff are very friendly and helpful at reception as well as at breakfast. A big bonus is that as a Marriott Member (which is free to join) I get free internet. I had my iPhone plus my MacBook Pro and connected up both to the internet without any problem! Internet speed was quite good as well!

I have stayed at this property twice in the last 8 months now. Only thing that the hotel has to be careful of is keeping up their maintenance in the rooms as furniture starts getting worn & chipped since this hotel is SO VERY POPULAR & FULL due to its location.

If you can get a good deal it is great value. If price seems a bit high due to high occupancy then do check around as some of the 5 stars may be offering similar rates to this 4 star.

For those who want to goto Catholic Church for Sunday mass, there is one about 15 minutes walk down the road

Small rooms, bad food, paper thin walls where you know every time your next door guest uses the flush and passable service. Was very disappointed with the hotel.
There was loud music playing for some wedding party and though I was staying on the 14th floor I could hear it as if I was playing the music. Mind you this was at 12:00 in the night. When I enquired with the reception they told me that it was coming from the Hotel next door.
GIven the room tariff it is surely not value for money. Stay away if you get a Taj Palace at similar rates or even for a bit higher (which you may actually!)

I have been a regular guest at the Shangri-La property in Delhi over the past few years. Shangrila is one of my favourite place while travelling. They have always been very consistent in their service. They have a very international outlook and we can find people from all over the world there. food and rooms are excellent. Room services are very good and response to request is quick. Perfect place for business. I would highly recommend this property.

Have stayed in this hotel before. Although the lobby is unimpressive, the hotel scores well on its other aspects, Good F & B and an excellent SPA. The location is also ideal to many central Delhi business houses and for some sight-seeing. The rooms are spacious.
i must say that the reception was touch disorganised at check-in and kept discussing some aspect amongst themselves - made me feel a bit strange. But all in all, a hotel to be reco mended.
