Stayed for four night at the end of January, staff were very pleasant and helpfull, breakfast was excellent, upgraded room was fine apart from the misunderstanding that the charge was per night and not for the stay, the smoking policy was also a bit bizarre they would'nt encourage to smoke in the garden by giving you an ashtray but you could come indoors and smoke in the designated cupboard, in a city full of tot tots bellowing smoke this seemed nonsensical, for buisness you could'nt fault this hotel but to pay city centre prices in a city where you can't stroll out I think is pointless, better to go out of town and hire your car and driver that you will need anyway.
