Experience:
I have been treated like a Guest in a personal & personalized way. Standards are high, in architecture, food options, room quality and amenities.
Food:
Couldn't ask for more at breakfast -it truly made my days start well. Dinner in the lake bar offers a buffet with different proposition every day. Fully safe for non Indian visitors -I dined several times in 7 days stay.
Room:
Mine was large, comfortable, nice bathroom with both shower and bath tab. Nice marbles overall.
Amenities:
Pool area, gardens offer you room to roam, to appreciate flowers variety, lake view and good relax. The gym is fully equipped, can host tens of people and has stunning view to the lake. The sauna/showers are can be a solution for late check outs as well.
Service:
I appreciated the way this place is managed: I experienced that they do run the extra mile. There's a manager in the reception area that clearly created a well targeted team.
Hotel Beauty:
If I compeare to other big International hotels, this one has the highlight of an international architecture with lots of Indian decorations, sculptures, colours. You won't feel in the usual 5 stars hotel, you'll feel in India. A gem is how the lake view buffet is organized: both Indian and European food (excellent standards, perferct digestion), but also charts showing fresh vegetables, spices and verious food are presented by chefs for personalized selection: this is a touch of local market-style place at fully 5stars standards. This management does have style, aestetically and culturally.
Conclusion:
1st choice, Indian experience, a location itself. Recommendable for events and conferences.
Room Tip: Get a East-building room for more protection from Weekend parties&weddings in the West Gardens.
