We stayed here in the new building (club rooms) in early January 2012. Though the rooms were pricier, the level of quality and cleanness is much better than the old building. The club rooms have nice modern and clean bathrooms with good showers and hot water, all marble bathrooms. However, rooms are bit small. The staff was friendly and helpful. The locations was good and close to Gate of India.

We stayed for 2 nights in January 2012 in Room 408 a Club Residency double room and were very pleased with the room. This room is in the new building and the room was spacious and modern with nice furnishings, the view is poor. It was very clean and the bathroom had a very large shower with hot water and a hairdryer. We also had a fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortable. We had to go to main building for breakfast and the breakfast was good.

The position of the hotel is excellent for sightseeing and within easy walking distance of the India Gate and all the other sites in Fort.

We will certainly use this hotel again when we return to Mumbai as it is good value for money.

its a clean small rooms narrow hallways but convinient location. good fast food resturants near by. ease of acess..i would stay again for a short stay. for longer stay iwd like a luxury option.

I stayed for a week and overall impression was a average. Do not expect more... Rooms were in good condition. Asked for water when having food and serving guy was in..he told me its not his responsibility...call room service strange.. I found the breakfast better than the lunch or dinner do not go for combo meals. I do not like the attitude of serving restaurent staff think they are little rude where as reception staff was good. Have internet wifi in all the rooms charges are 300 rs full day 150 rs 2 hrs and 30 min 30 mins.
shampoo / moisturiser in the bath room were of cheap quality not as per 3 star standard. They do not provide dental or shaving kit. you need to buy it. Location was good if you have work close to andheri, its about 20 mins drive from the airport, I will rate this hotel as 6/10 and may come again to this hotel for a short stay only.
