one of the best hotels in the city. great location, ambiance and above all fantastic service. friendly staff including the GM Mr. manish sodhi as well. refreshingly unique food is what completes the trip. overall a great experience. would continue to stay with them for all my mumbai trips.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, always on business, and think it is excellent - but highly frustrating. The service is often top class (once they get to know you) and it is definitely a twist on a modern hotel layout and decor. The food is never consistently good in the main buffet restaurant and the choice doesn't vary that much - as a regular this is something you notice. It is pretty expensive, yes my company were always paying - but that's not the point, i look at hotels to see if i would come back to them for leisure, rather than business, and price is something i always look at. If I were travelling to Mumbai for leisure, I would think twice about staying here. It's not to say I wouldn't but it's not exactly cheap and having stayed at many other hotels in Mumbai it probably wouldn't be top of my list unfortunately because I do love it.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times on business visits to Mumbai or for transit. This is the best option for travelers who have to stay near the airport for transit to some other destination. The hotel normally provide convenient two way complimentary transfers to the airport. The rooms are not very spacious for the price that you have to pay. There are a number of restaurants in this hotel. Though the buffet spreads have a good variety but I have never found the delicacies up to the mark. One specific feature I like about this hotel is the nice lighting and air conditioning control panel next to the bed. You don't have to search for switches for different lights in the room to turn on-off.
