The location is excellent in case you have work within the IT companies in and around the IT express way (Most of the top IT and tech companies have a base here). The hotel is far from the airport (Around 1 hr to 1hr 20 mins) and may take a little more in case of peak hours. The place is absolutely cut off from the buzzing parts of Chennai.

The rooms are neat and clean and there was complimentary wifi on offer with good speed. This place is ideal for business travellers. The food was good as well and the restaurant had a lot of non-guest customers.

Very spacious rooms, very clean.
Quality of kitchen not the best but acceptable, service in restaurant would require improvements (their speed is far beyond expectations).
The quality of TV channel transmission is not as good as it should be.
The Shop in lobby offers good value for price and the owner of the shop is very kind (and willing to bargain).

We initially chose those hotel as we love the south indian food here.

We stayed here for two days and all the two days we felt as if at home. We had nice sleep, excellent breakfast and dinner served to our room. Room was super clean, furnitures and bed look very new. Will stay again for sure. My wife loved this hotel as well and wanted to stay for more days.
