We booked this hotel for a night and a day at the end of a 6 week stay at Oneness University in Golden City in preparation for our return flight to Canada. This very new hotel in a protected IT complex 20 minutes from the airport had a very European flavour. Each of the staff were professional and courteous offering a level of service completely unexpected. It was a delight which we hope to experience again when we return. Beyond a 5 star in India's ratings.

I stayed at Asiana Place for 10 nights in month of October. The location of the hotel is very convenient and hotel staff (e.g.: Mr. Bala) are very helpful in making your stay comfortable. The only improvement is for the resturarant services. The choice of dishes are limited and would like to see more options available for the guests.

We stayed at Asiana Place for 12 nights and the overall experience was fantastic! The location was ideal for us as we had a few friends living close by. The hotel itself is quite new and the room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. I do quite a bit of travelling but I must say its the best bed Ive slept in. Very good buffet breakfast every morning and their Buffet lunch was great too. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and highly recommend Asian Place to all our friends and family.

I've stayed here twice and apart from the seemingly over-friendly Guest-relations manager everyone working here is either inexperienced or just poorly trained. I stayed here when the hotel was only a month old. Apart from structurally poor presentation (walls were wet and moldy due to incomplete construction on other floors in the building), they just didn't have the capacity to entertain.

Kitchen / restaurant closes at 10pm. Only sandwiches after that! Breakfast buffet was announced, but due to only few guests they give you A-La-Carte and while that's fine it takes twice the time for a-la-carte so unless I'm prepared I don't have that kind of time in the morning on a business trip.

On day two I ordered breakfast to my room and got SPOILED hot milk in the pot!!

Trip #2, when I asked if breakfast was going to be buffet or a-la-carte, the receptionist confirmed buffet and then I go down to find out it's a-la-carte!!!

Chefs and restaurant managers are unfriendly and apathetic. No pool or proper gym, just three cardio machines in a tiny room which they call a gym. No phones on floors, so if your card doesn't work once you're up you'll have to go all the way down to get it checked.

Rooms aren't very well designed either.
