Best place to hang out as a couple.. Had an wonderful experience. Service and quality was good.. Worth for the money you spend. Ambiance and location will make u feel mesmerized. Its very close to the airport. Very helpful and friendly

The best part of this Trident has been location, situated nearly 5 minutes distance from the airport, makes it awesome for conveyance. The infrastructure of the hotel is good, rooms and service are nice. The food is really nice for a person who does not want to eat south indian food.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Trident Chennai. Good location close to the airport, hotel in very good condition. Rooms spacious and spotless, gym very good. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Good hotel to stay at for business or shorter stopover, not the type of hotel you would choose for longer vacations.

If you are looking for a business hotel close to the international and domestic airports at a reasonable price, this is a reasonable bet. It also would suit people attending the Chennai Trade Centre for a conference. But generally it is located well out of Chennai central and is one of those hotels where you must use either the hotel's car and drivers or taxis.You cannot realistically walk anywhere, including the airport. The rooms are good quality as are the beds, though my air conditioner was wonky for a couple of days. The foyer is pleasant, as is the breakfast area. Staff were friendly and helpful, if a little inefficient at times. I did not check out the meeting facilities at the hotel itself. I doubt this is a hotel for a holiday in Chennai.
