I have states here for two days. I had to tell you this place is excellent. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and the food is decent. They gave many compliments from liquor to foot massage.You get for what you pay. And about the room, It has all necessity things ..I felt the rest rooms could be little more spacious. The best part of the hotel is its location. its just few minutes drive from the airport ..I would definitely recommend this hotel .

the dinner buffet is very very bad. Not much variety as compared to the price that you for. With the same price, you get a very good food at Kebab Factory. Its not served hot, did not find variety. All dull look. Dunno which one to praise about.

Room tip: dnt try the resturant food

We checked and was given a room with 2 single beds....for 2 adults and a child...definitely not a home away from home...the next day we requested a room change were told later the afternoon of the next day. We then enquired on our third night when no change materialized that they tried to move us but we were not in and this was aft i called rome service for hot chocolate so we must have been on mars....not in our room get real.....But having looked at the other rooms which had double beds as opposed to king beds we told them don't bother as we had one more night to stay. The rooms are very far from the lift. Apparently they had no availability which is shocking considering these rooms were booked in October...The fire exit had lots of things in the passage so in an emergency I wonder what we would trip over... They were renovating the hotel while we were staying and there was a smell of paint. Had they informed of us of renovations we would have kept our original booking with accord metropolitan. Total stay was 4 nights...not value for money.....in terms of room facility and bedding.....staff at the restaurant was good.... And we spent 2 days indoor because of the cyclone.

Room tip: Ask for room near lift or they stick at the end of hotel ....also no king beds only saw double and single beds in rooms.

arrived at midnight - left at 6:00 Am- but picked up at airport by professional driver, great room, hot shower,
beautifully clean room. staff could not have been more helpful. sorry had to leave so early. grabbed a banana so no food report other than - the breakfast buffet looked great.

Room tip: we had 157 and it was quiet, and lovely -bathroom was above average. clean with every soap shampoo, tooth brush all available. heavy towels.

It was on our return from Trichy to Mumbai on 10/12/11, we had one night halt at Chennai and my husband being the club Carlson member, Radisson was the obvious choice. Secondly it was also the proximity with the airport we chose Radisson. But to be frank, We were slightly disappointed by the room interiors. Rooms were neither spacious and one extra bed in the room would block all the left over gap to move around easily. But the breakfast buffet in the morning was pleasing and devouring. The check in check out process was very quick, staff hospitality and service was also satisfactory.

Room tip: If staying with kids, upgrade your reservation for a suite instead of deluxe rooms..that would offer more space.
