Very good hotel with nice environment and plenty of facilities with very nice food in "Once upon a time restaurant". Room service and other amenities are very well maintained and always do special care for their guest.

I had an opportunity to have dinner at this hotel. The choice of food offered there was overwhelming and delicious. They served very delicious south and north Indian food. By the time we came to eat dessert, again the choices were many. Even though they had a variety of food, the taste was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed having dinner here. I do recommend this place.

Green Park Chennai is a very nice property. Good welcome, nice service and good rooms.
Spacious and comfortable. They also have a very nice lobby kind of place on the 1st floor where you can sit and have a quick chat. Its such a calm and serene place to sit.
They also have 3 restaurants which serve pretty decent food. 2 are buffets and 1 ala carte.
Also the location of the hotel, Vadapalani, is a busy area and not far from the airport.
However I feel the tariffs are a bit high, slightly overpriced. May be this is beacuse its near to some film studios (famous one being AVM) and there are many TV and Film artistes walking in to the hotel.
Other than the tariff this hotel is a nice place to stay.

Late December 2011, we visited Chennai for a wedding, which was at the same hotel. So for convience, we stayed at Green Park. We were quite impressed with the whole experience. The rooms were spacious and clean and the service was very good. From the time we booked in to check out, it was handled professionally. Our stay was only for a day and I wished we had stayed longer. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

I'm afraid I had no time to explore or experience much, where the food and other amenities were concerned. I have no doubt it would have met my expectations.
